This Robert Sorby Captive Ring Cutter 805C06 is one of four sizes of captive ring cutters.

Designed to create curtain rings, wheels and captive rings on goblets and puzzles, these cutters are an extremely popular addition to Robert Sorby’s cutter range.

They can also be angled on the tool to allow for access to restricted space.

1/4 inch or 6.35mm diameter

Sharpening:
Use a diamond file or honing stone flat across the top face. To gain best results and increase the longevity of the cutter this simple procedure should be done little and often.
Sharpening can be achieved with the cutter mounted on the too

This cutter is designed for use with the Mushroom Tool (804H) and the Captive Ring Tool (RTSB-B805062)
