Description

This quartz time and tide movement tells you both the time as well as tide!

It has the ability to run the standard hour, minute and second hands as well as a tide hand.

9.5mm (3/8") threaded shaft for up to 8mm (5/16") dial thickness.

White time and tide dials are available seperately - these are made of aluminium and screw on to the shaft.

Note: the nut required to secure the dial is on the base of the shaft. It can be quite tight but does come off with some gentle persuasion!

Drill a 10mm hole through your backing board.

Place the hanger over the shaft, then the backing board, screw on the dial. Add the tide hand then hour hand, minute hand and either the closed nut or if you prefer you can add the open nut to secure the hour and minute hands and press a second hand into the top of the shaft.
