Description

For larger jobs you will want to use a random orbital sander and MICRO-MESH® discs.

Ultra-Flex® cushioned abrasive on cloth backing. Logo and grit printed on cloth side. Loop material is made to be applied to hook faced back-up pads for an easy
hook ‘n loop closure.

Discs are made using the same cloth backed, cushioned, ultra-flexible MICRO-MESH® and are available in any MICRO-MESH® grade.

Complete part geometry and coarse sanding to 120 wet/dry sandpaper prior to beginning the Micro-Mesh® series, beginning with 300 AO Micro-Mesh®. Greatly reduces or eliminates buffing.

This is a variety pack of 9 x 6" discs with no vacuum holes. Regular with loop backing sheet.

Micro-Mesh Regular 1500, 1800, 2400, 3200, 3600, 4000, 6000, 8000, 12000.

Primary Use: Softer wood, plastics, acrylics.

Non-hazardous.

Note: Micro-Mesh Regular abrasives are recommended for softer woods such as pine, cedar, spruce & larch. They will work on hard woods but require more effort.
Micro-Mesh MX abrasives are recommended for harder woods such as oak, ash, cherry, diamond wood, maple and poplar - MX abrasive cuts faster so you work less on harder woods.
