Description

The MicroJig MatchFit Dovetail Clamps DVC-538K2 are a clamp that can assist with holding jigs, bandsaw fences, tablesaw fences & guides and auxiliary fences in place securely so you can safely make cuts with repeatable results.

Using a 14° dovetail router bit that has a diameter of 1/2", rout a slot of at least 95mm in length for the clamp to slide into.

The workpiece, jig or table can then be placed onto the board and clamped securely.

Being able to hold the clamp in the face of the board in this way means the clamp is held within the surface of the board, and does not interfere with the cutting action of the tablesaw, bandsaw router or tool that may be running against or along the jig, guide of template created.

Also designed to hold the MicroJig MatchFit Dado Stop in place against the fence to easily cut dados without the need to mark and measure, an incredibly useful tool for frame construction.

Anyone making their own jigs that need to be securely mounted to a bench or machine that needs the clamping mechanism kept away from the face of the jig, this is the ideal accessory to use.
